When contacting support, include the email address connected to your Swely account and a short description of the issue. Never send your password, login code or identity documents by email.
How do I delete my account?
Open Swely and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Profile. Confirm the deletion in the app. If you cannot access the app, contact us from the email address associated with your account.
How do I report someone?
Use the in-app report or block controls on the relevant profile or conversation. For urgent support, email hello@swely.app.
I cannot sign in
Check that you are using the same email address you registered with and request a fresh login code. If the problem continues, contact support.
Is Swely only for adults?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to use Swely.
