Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to use Swely.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep access to your email and device secure, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, deceive or exploit others; publish illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative content; create fake accounts; scrape the service; bypass safety controls; or use Swely for spam or commercial solicitation.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Swely a limited licence to host, display and process it solely to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to upload that content.
Safety and enforcement
Online interactions involve risk. Use judgment, protect personal information and report unsafe behaviour. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Service availability
Swely is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
