Information we process
This may include your email address, profile name, birth date and age, gender and dating preferences, biography, relationship goals, city and approximate location, photos, verification selfie, likes, matches, messages, reports, blocks, device notification token and technical security logs.
How we use information
We use this information to operate and secure Swely, show relevant profiles, enable communication, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking.
Sharing and retention
Profile information you choose to publish is visible to other Swely users. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf to host and operate the service. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, safety, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
Your choices
You can edit profile information, control profile visibility, block or report users, and permanently delete your account from the Swely app. Account deletion removes your profile and associated account data, subject to any information we must retain by law or for legitimate safety purposes.
